Oprah and Deepak Meditation

Meditation

Hi, everyone! I just had to share this cool, FREE, Oprah and Deepak meditation opportunity with you today. If you’ve ever read my goals, you probably know that I think meditation is awesome. Now, that doesn’t mean I do it every day like I should… But I do love it!

And, more and more, I’m hearing that it could be the single, most important thing you can do for your health! Research shows that it can not only help you relax and recover from illness but that it might also permanently change DNA in wonderful ways! (If you want to no more about that, check out the cool video below.) And all you really have to do is sit there… And try not to think. No gym shoes. It really requires very little motivation, which is good for me!

Anyway, the first time I was ever able to stick to a meditation program for any length of time was during on of the first Oprah and Deepak meditation experiences. It’s sort of a no-brainer. Everything Oprah does is amazing and everything Deepak Chopra does is amazing, so put them together and you’re going to get something pretty unforgettable. And it’s free! I’ve signed up and thought you might want to too! If you’ve been on the fence about the whole meditation thing, it’s a good time to try it!

And, if you want to get started right away, the Chopra Center is hosting a Global Meditation for Peace today! It will be in the Guiness Book of World Records as the largest synchronous meditation ever in the world. And I think we could all agree that a little more peace in the world right now would be a pretty great thing.

Wishing you a wonderful (and very peaceful!) day!

    • You should definitely try it, Vel! Though when you can possibly find another 20 minutes I’m not sure! But I hope you do 🙂 xo
