Ten years ago, when I pitched the idea for the Peachtree Bluff Series, I distinctly remember saying: I don’t care if people remember this story. I want them to remember Peachtree Bluff. I want it to feel like a place they can go where the world feels to hard, a place everyone can belong. I want it to feel like coming home.
As I have perused the early reviews of this sixth book in the series, FALLING FOR PEACHTREE BLUFF, one word has been used over and over and over: home. Coming home. This book felt like coming home.
There is no greater feeling as a writer than that of knowing that your deep wish was fulfilled. So, thank you. Thank you for being with me for the past ten years on this journey into my heart’s hometown.

Thank you for going back with me today for small town, high school football, Coffee Kyle’s Peachtree Spice lattes, the pumpkin patch field trip on the waterfront, the hay bale fundraiser, and Mrs. McClasky managing to turn the Fall Festival’s Cake Walk into a point of contention.
This book brought me joy, shouldn’t-be-having-this-much-fun-at-work-joy. I hope that shows on every page. I hope you feel it in every line. I hope it brings you that same joy.
Dare I say… I believe Falling for Peachtree Bluff is my favorite book in this series. I hope it becomes yours.
