Hello from snowy Beaufort! Talk about a phrase I never get to type! We are still covered in a thick layer of winter here, but, of course, always in a SUMMER STATE OF MIND—and celebrating my main squeeze’s birthday all week long. His birthday was yesterday, and it was a winter wonderland. And we’re having friends to celebrate with us this weekend during another annual holiday: The UNC Duke game!
