I’m so excited to share that Mary Kay Andrews and I will be joining EDGE Escapes at The Dunlin on Johns Island, South Carolina, November 19–20, 2026, for a special literary getaway presented with Lilly Pulitzer. And I would love for you to join us!
One of my favorite parts of being an author is getting to spend time with readers. There is always so much to talk about and somehow never quite enough time! This gathering gives us a chance to settle in, share stories, and enjoy a little Southern hospitality together.
We’ll start with coffee, lemonade, cookies, and a hands-on Whimsical Wicks afternoon, chatting about Falling for Peachtree Bluff, Mary Kay’s Road Trip, and our friendship through Friends & Fiction. Then we’ll gather for dinner at Linnette’s before wrapping up with breakfast the next morning. Guests will also have an individual professional photo taken with both of us.

Book one seat at $3,950 and your friend comes along. Rooms are not included and are booked separately in our EDGE room block at a special rate of $545 per night, compared with $920 and up on The Dunlin’s own site for those nights (plus resort fee and taxes, with a $100 nightly fee for a second guest in the room). Our room block closes Monday, October 26th. Simply purchase your ticket and send Edge Escapes an e-mail with your friend’s info that you will be taking along.
