Do you love surprises? I do. I mean, the good ones. But, as I get older I’m learning to roll with the bad ones a little more too. The past week has been full of surprises that have thrown me and my schedule for a bit of a loop, which is why I’ve been so quiet over here. But, tonight, my kiddo is feeling great, (it’s amazing how quickly little ones bounce back from a virus!) I had a fun dinner with fun friends and, best of all, my sweet, precious, supportive friend Karen from Garden, Home and Party wrote about me on her blog! Can you believe that?
She has the most gorgeous blog, and I love to hear about her family, her parties, her recipes and all her wonderful ideas. She has singlehandedly gotten me in the fall decor spirit during a very warm one here in N.C. Thanks, Karen, for topping of my day with such a special surprise. It made me smile!
